This is my motto in life. My name is Andrea Luus and I LOVE marketing and social media! To change is hard and scary, it feels safer to remain in your comfort zone and avoid failure. I, however, embrace change and in a world of ever-changing technology and circumstances, I feel I need to evolve and change with the times.
Growing up in the Cape was like having 4 seasons in one day, you learn to adapt and such I had to do when my family moved on numerous occasions. I spent the best of my young adult life on the South Coast, where I worked in the Casino industry. Just over half a decade later I relocated to the beautiful Magaliesburg area. After nearly 26 years in the Hospitality industry, from marketing and events to tenant liaison, administrator and then Executive PA and having gained experience in numerous fields including graphic design, I resigned from the corporate world to take a step back from the race and concentrate on my family life, which has grown to 8 children between my husband and myself!
I am also proud to advise that a passion which my husband and I share, finally became a reality with BeLuusimo (meaning “beautiful” in Italian) but also “Luus” being our surname - a new baby was born out of love. BeLuusimo offers an exciting culinary experience from our table to yours! Our journey first began as a hobby experimenting with fruits and jams and we soon realised our passion for making these beautiful products, at times a chemical experimentation learning experience, whilst combining various flavours and techniques.
Slowly and painstakingly, our products are handcrafted by ourselves, with meticulous attention to flavours ensuring our products are preservative free, offering various jams, balsamic infused reductions, relishes and sauces filled with flavours. All Natural, No artificial flavours and No Thickeners!
Another passion of mine is Graphic Design, Social Media and Marketing, and that is where Meerkat Mobile Marketing was born. From logos and business cards to brochures, pamphlets, posters and social media, even drone videos and editing as well as website hosting and development, we look out for you!
